Big acquisition
A massive tender has been submitted to Mr Green
William Hill, a giant in betting, has made a bid for all Mr Green’s shares. The shares that have never been worth more than SEK 63 will now be purchased for SEK 69 per share. This is a great bid and Mr Greens Board recommends that all shareholders accept it. At the time of writing there is no indication that William Hill has yet applied for a Swedish gaming license so it will be exciting to see how this evolves.
Price for Mr Green
The price for Mr Green, like we said before WilliamHill paid 69 SEK per share which would be a total of 2.818.609.497 SEK.
Which in GBP would be £243.506.327 (£243 Millions).
Which in EURO would be €273.499.953 (€273 Millions).
